Tim Horton's is great when driving across most places in Canada. You can usually order a decent bite to eat, snack and a coffee or tea fairly quickly. I stopped at the Trenton ONroute for a quick coffee and used their express line as I was not ordering food. There were 3 people in front of me when I walked up and they were still there when I walked away 10 minutes later. It appeared that one of the employees from a neighbouring ONroute business was trying to use a discount and they could not figure it out so they kept us all waiting. Perhaps Tim's has a different definition of express or maybe they need to train their staff better at that location.

They took the order 3 times and still got it wrong. The potatoe wedges were cold and ketchup etc. Was not offered. They wrang our Tim Card through as a debit card. To be fair the pulled pork sandwich was very good.
